What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for semi trailers?

There is no fixed MOQ — we can produce a single unit for trial orders, though pricing improves with volume. Most first-time buyers start with 1–3 units before scaling up to container-load orders.

Can trailers be customized to my specification?

Yes. Axle count, load capacity, deck length, tank capacity and body configuration are all built to order. We do not sell from a fixed catalogue — every quote starts with your cargo type and route.

What is the typical production lead time?

Standard configurations usually take 20–30 days to manufacture. Highly customized specifications (special tank capacity, extended deck length, etc.) may take 35–45 days. We confirm an exact timeline once your specification is finalized.

What payment terms do you offer?

We typically work with a 30% deposit to begin production and 70% balance before shipment, paid via bank transfer (T/T). For repeat customers, other terms can be discussed.

Which African ports do you ship to?

We regularly ship to Lagos and Onne (Nigeria), Mombasa (Kenya), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and Tema (Ghana), and can arrange shipping to other African ports on request.

Do you handle export documentation and customs paperwork?

Yes. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, and can assist with any additional documentation required by your country's customs authority.

How many trailers fit in one container or as breakbulk/RoRo shipment?

Most flatbed and tipper semi-trailers ship as breakbulk or RoRo cargo rather than inside a container, since they are already road-ready units. We'll confirm the best shipping method and cost based on your trailer type and destination port.

What quality checks happen before shipment?

Every order goes through chassis fabrication, welding and structural inspection, painting, and a final pre-shipment quality check. We share photo and video updates at key production stages.

Do trailers come with a warranty?

Yes, our trailers include a standard structural warranty. Specific terms depend on the trailer type and configuration — we'll confirm the exact warranty coverage in your quotation.

Can I get a sample video or photos before placing an order?

Yes. We can share photos and videos of similar units currently in production or in our factory, and will provide production progress updates for your specific order.

What information do you need to give me an accurate quote?

Cargo type, required load capacity, preferred axle configuration (if known), and destination port. If you're unsure on specifications, tell us your typical cargo and route and we'll recommend a configuration.

Do you only sell semi-trailers, or other truck parts as well?

Our current product range is focused on semi-trailers across six categories — flatbed, tipper/dump, tanker, container chassis, curtain side and stake/fence. Contact us if you're looking for related equipment.
